【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展，游艇和游艇碼頭產(chǎn)業(yè)也得到迅猛發(fā)展，結(jié)果導(dǎo)致更多的民間資本注入。在這樣良好的背景下，混凝土浮箱產(chǎn)業(yè)也隨之興起。目前，相關(guān)研究機(jī)構(gòu)與企業(yè)都加大混凝土浮箱的研究力度。一些企業(yè)已經(jīng)研發(fā)出質(zhì)量可靠的產(chǎn)品，但也存在一定的缺陷，比如混凝土耐久性不良，使用壽命與同類產(chǎn)品相比無優(yōu)勢。所以混凝土浮箱還處于萌芽期，具有很大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?本文對國內(nèi)外游艇行業(yè)和游艇碼頭行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究，通過多種途徑，比如從中國知網(wǎng)，中國交通運(yùn)輸協(xié)會游艇分會，浮箱企業(yè)等，收集相關(guān)的資料和圖表數(shù)據(jù)，獲得了最新的行業(yè)資料和數(shù)據(jù)。在這個基礎(chǔ)上，得出浮箱產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢，并通過與企業(yè)合作，，提出一種新型的高性能混凝土浮箱生產(chǎn)方法。確定了新型浮箱材料、混凝土復(fù)合浮箱產(chǎn)品以及經(jīng)濟(jì)等指標(biāo)。 新型的混凝土浮箱材料技術(shù)指標(biāo)：混凝土部分（抗壓強(qiáng)度：C50、抗裂性：L-Ⅴ、抗凍等級：F350、抗?jié)B等級：P12、氯離子滲透系數(shù)：≤4×10-12m2/s）、內(nèi)核泡沫（15Kg/m3）、 防腐性能（所用鋼材均經(jīng)過鍍鋅處理，厚度0.18～0.30mm、混凝土表面外涂2mm厚硅烷涂料）。混凝土復(fù)合浮箱產(chǎn)品技術(shù)指標(biāo)：產(chǎn)品重量偏差（±2%）、尺寸偏差（長±5mm、寬±5mm、高±5mm）、浮力平衡（高低差≤20mm）、吸水率（小于6%）、浮力大于相應(yīng)規(guī)格浮箱的設(shè)計(jì)浮力。
