【摘要】:結(jié)合連霍高速鄭洛段改擴(kuò)建工程,通過(guò)室內(nèi)大量試驗(yàn)和工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),全面評(píng)價(jià)了適合再生的RAP性能、原材料性能及冷再生混合料路用性能,深入研究了乳化瀝青冷再生混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)和冷再生混合料施工工藝,為乳化瀝青冷再生混合料的應(yīng)用和推廣奠定了基礎(chǔ),主要研究結(jié)論如下: (1)系統(tǒng)研究再生料RAP的材料特性,通過(guò)不同的RAP取樣方法,獲得有代表性的舊料來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)集料狀況和瀝青的老化程度,分析乳化瀝青的再生機(jī)理,研究各因素對(duì)再生瀝青混合料的影響。 (2)在對(duì)比分析國(guó)內(nèi)外配合比設(shè)計(jì)級(jí)配范圍和指標(biāo)要求的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合以往冷再生技術(shù)應(yīng)用的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了適合連霍高速鄭洛段改建工程配合比設(shè)計(jì)和控制指標(biāo),確定了最佳乳化瀝青用量和外加水量。 (3)對(duì)冷再生原材料進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,提出本工程采用的配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法,并通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),系統(tǒng)研究水泥摻量和再生方式對(duì)冷再生混合料路用性能影響的影響規(guī)律。 (4)針對(duì)連霍高速鄭洛段舊路路況進(jìn)行調(diào)查、檢測(cè)及評(píng)價(jià),提出在路面病害嚴(yán)重路段采用乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生的路面修復(fù)方案。結(jié)合改擴(kuò)建工程實(shí)際,系統(tǒng)研究乳化瀝青冷再生施工工藝,提出一整套施工與質(zhì)量控制體系,評(píng)價(jià)其經(jīng)濟(jì)及社會(huì)效益。 研究結(jié)果表明,在連霍高速鄭洛段改擴(kuò)建工程中成功鋪筑實(shí)體工程,應(yīng)用效果良好,說(shuō)明乳化瀝青冷再生混合料應(yīng)用技術(shù)具有科學(xué)性和可行性,,適合我國(guó)的工程實(shí)際,具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:Combined with the extension project of Zhengluo section of Lianghuo Expressway, the performances of RAP, raw materials and cold recycled mixture were comprehensively evaluated through a large number of laboratory tests and engineering experience. The proportion design of emulsified bitumen cold recycled mixture and the construction technology of cold recycled mixture are deeply studied, which lays a foundation for the application and popularization of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture. The main research conclusions are as follows: 1) the material characteristics of recycled RAP are systematically studied. Through different RAP sampling methods, representative old materials are obtained to evaluate aggregate status and asphalt aging degree, and the regeneration mechanism of emulsified asphalt is analyzed. The influence of various factors on recycled asphalt mixture is studied. 2) on the basis of comparing and analyzing the gradation range and index requirements of mix ratio design at home and abroad, combining with the successful experience of the application of cold regeneration technology in the past. The design and control index of mix ratio for the reconstruction project of Zhengluo section of Lianghuo high speed are put forward, and the optimum amount of emulsified asphalt and the amount of added water are determined. (3) A systematic study on cold recycled raw materials is carried out, and a mix ratio design method adopted in this project is put forward, and the experiment is carried out in the laboratory. The influence of cement content and recycling method on road performance of cold recycled mixture is studied systematically. 4) according to the investigation, detection and evaluation of the old road condition in Zhengluo section of Lianghuo Expressway, the paper puts forward the pavement restoration scheme of cold regeneration with emulsified asphalt factory in the seriously damaged section of the road surface, combining with the reality of the reconstruction and extension project. The cold regeneration construction technology of emulsified asphalt is studied systematically. A set of construction and quality control system is put forward, and its economic and social benefits are evaluated. The research results show that the application effect of the solid project is good in the reconstruction and extension project of Zhengluo section of Lianghuo Expressway, which indicates that the application technology of emulsified bitumen cold recycled mixture is scientific and feasible. It is suitable for the engineering practice of our country and has good economic and social benefits.
