中外港口口門有效寬度研究

【摘要】:口門布置是港口規(guī)劃中非常重要的環(huán)節(jié)。港口口門方位、口門位置、口門寬度、口門軸線方向的合理設(shè)計(jì)可以給船舶在港內(nèi)操作提供比較平穩(wěn)的水域?陂T有效寬度對(duì)船舶進(jìn)出港具有重要意義,它應(yīng)根據(jù)港口近遠(yuǎn)期發(fā)展規(guī)模、進(jìn)出港口的船舶數(shù)量、噸級(jí)及航行自然條件等因素確定。本文通過(guò)分析比較中外港口口門有效寬度設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)際統(tǒng)計(jì)中外口門有效寬度使用情況,目的在于發(fā)現(xiàn)口門有效寬度的統(tǒng)計(jì)性規(guī)律,為我國(guó)港口口門有效寬度的實(shí)際運(yùn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供參考依據(jù)。 本文作者應(yīng)用GOOGLE EARTH軟件對(duì)全球范圍內(nèi)近500個(gè)不同類型港口的口門相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)及衛(wèi)星圖中在港最大船長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行測(cè)量,并應(yīng)用SPSS軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,從而找出國(guó)內(nèi)外在實(shí)際使用港口口門有效寬度的最小控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是有區(qū)別的結(jié)論,為我國(guó)突破口門有效寬度使用限制的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供了可能性。 本文的數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明,與外國(guó)港口相比,我國(guó)口門有效寬度實(shí)際操作控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是偏于保守的,存在著放寬的空間。論文根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外大量的實(shí)例,提出了口門有效寬度與最大船長(zhǎng)比的控制建議值,為在現(xiàn)有條件下,大船進(jìn)出小港、老港提供了操作的可能性。
[Abstract]:Gate layout is a very important link in port planning. The rational design of the axis of the entrance can provide a relatively stable water area for the operation of the ship in the port. The effective width of the port is of great significance to the entry and exit of the ship, and it should be based on the short-term and long-term development scale of the port. The number of ships entering and leaving the port, the tonnage and the natural conditions of navigation are determined. Through the analysis and comparison of the design standards of the effective widths of the ports at home and abroad, the actual use of the effective widths of the ports at home and abroad is counted. The aim of this paper is to find out the statistical law of the effective width of the port gate, and to provide a reference for the practical operation standard of the effective width of the port door in China. In this paper, the author uses GOOGLE EARTH software to measure the largest captain in Hong Kong in nearly 500 different types of ports in the world. The SPSS software is used to make statistics and analysis of the data, so as to find out the difference between the minimum control standard of effective width of port gate used at home and abroad. It provides the possibility for the standard of the effective width of the breakthrough door in our country. The results of data analysis in this paper show that, compared with foreign ports, the actual operational control standard of effective width of gate in China is conservative and there is room for relaxation. This paper is based on a large number of examples at home and abroad. The proposed control value of the effective width ratio of the gate to the maximum captain is put forward, which provides the possibility of operation for the large ship entering and leaving the small port under the existing conditions.
