【摘要】：煤炭是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要能源，煤炭物流作為連接生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)的橋梁和紐帶，對于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起著重要作用。目前我國煤炭已經(jīng)形成了“西煤東運(yùn)”、“北煤南調(diào)”的基本格局。曹妃甸得天獨(dú)厚的地理位置優(yōu)勢，使其成為連接“西煤東運(yùn)”、“北煤南調(diào)”的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)。到2020年，我國北方煤炭下水總量將達(dá)到9.97億噸，適應(yīng)這一發(fā)展要求，2010～2020年期間，加強(qiáng)曹妃甸港區(qū)大型煤炭下水碼頭建設(shè)將成為北方沿海煤炭下水港的建設(shè)重點(diǎn)之一。根據(jù)預(yù)測到2020年，曹妃甸港區(qū)煤炭碼頭年通過能力應(yīng)達(dá)到50000萬噸，但目前在建和規(guī)劃的煤炭情況遠(yuǎn)不能滿足這個(gè)需求。 本文以曹妃甸港區(qū)煤炭碼頭下水量需求與實(shí)際通過能力不匹配為研究對象，通過歸納演繹對目前存在的一系列問題進(jìn)行闡述，運(yùn)用預(yù)測模型、SWOT分析法、不確定性分析等方法將曹妃甸港區(qū)煤炭碼頭的下水量進(jìn)行了需求預(yù)測分析，，并與煤炭碼頭的通過能力作對比研究，得出曹妃甸港區(qū)煤炭物流的發(fā)展策略，即應(yīng)立即開展煤炭碼頭新一期的工程建設(shè)，并在此基礎(chǔ)上做出基本的工程設(shè)計(jì)方案。此研究為曹妃甸港區(qū)煤炭碼頭運(yùn)營中遇到的問題找到了答案，并對以后將要遇到的問題提出應(yīng)對對策，對煤炭碼頭的實(shí)際運(yùn)營有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Coal is an important source of energy in the development of the national economy , and the coal logistics plays an important role in economic development . At present , China ' s coal has formed the basic pattern of " west coal east transportation " and " north coal south regulation " . In this paper , the water quantity demand and the actual passing capacity of the coal terminal in Caofeidian Port Area are analyzed , and the water quantity of the coal terminal in Caofeidian Port is analyzed by means of forecasting model , SWOT analysis method , uncertainty analysis , etc . The paper finds out the development strategy of coal logistics in Caofeidian port area , and finds out the answer to the problems encountered in the operation of the coal terminal in Caofeidian port area , and puts forward countermeasures for the problems to be encountered in the future , and has important guiding significance to the actual operation of coal terminal .
