【摘要】:分別采用水、乙二醇、甘油做加熱介質(zhì),考察了水與乙二醇、甘油與乙二醇兩種體系對(duì)瀝青軟化點(diǎn)的影響,并對(duì)兩種體系下測(cè)得的軟化點(diǎn)的差值及變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明,軟化點(diǎn)小于80℃的瀝青,使用乙二醇做加熱介質(zhì)比使用水做加熱介質(zhì)測(cè)得的軟化點(diǎn)高,差值在1℃左右;軟化點(diǎn)大于80℃的瀝青,使用甘油做加熱介質(zhì)比使用乙二醇做加熱介質(zhì)測(cè)得的軟化點(diǎn)值高,差值在3~5℃之間。
[Abstract]:Using water, ethylene glycol, glycerin as the heating medium, the effects of water and ethylene glycol, ethylene glycol and glycerol two system of softening point influence on asphalt, and two kinds of system measured by the difference and variation of softening point were analyzed. The results show that the softening point is smaller than 80 DEG C asphalt, using ethylene glycol as the softening point of the heating medium than the use of water as the heating medium measured high difference at 1 degrees Celsius; softening point higher than 80 DEG C asphalt, using glycerin as heating medium than using ethylene glycol as the heating medium is measured by the difference in high softening point, 3~5 DEG.
