【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,交通運(yùn)輸已然成為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的命脈,海上運(yùn)輸成為交通運(yùn)輸?shù)拈T戶與支柱。物流業(yè)的高速發(fā)展對(duì)港口運(yùn)輸提出了新的要求,集裝箱系統(tǒng)可以很好的滿足港口運(yùn)輸高速化、大型化的要求。集裝箱碼頭的吞吐量不斷飆升,集裝箱碼頭的高能量消耗,設(shè)備的尾氣排放也增長(zhǎng)很快,導(dǎo)致集裝箱碼頭成為港口的能耗大戶與污染源。 首先,在分析研究傳統(tǒng)集裝箱裝卸運(yùn)輸工藝基礎(chǔ)上,,結(jié)合新型集裝箱裝卸工藝的特點(diǎn),分析對(duì)比新型集裝箱裝卸運(yùn)輸方案與傳統(tǒng)集裝箱裝卸運(yùn)輸工藝的優(yōu)劣。新型裝卸運(yùn)輸方案可很大程度的降低集裝箱裝卸過程的能耗,提高裝卸效率,提高集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)暮侠硇。新型的集裝箱裝卸工藝方案對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的集裝箱裝卸運(yùn)輸有很好的改良效果。 其次,傳統(tǒng)港口集裝箱碼頭機(jī)械設(shè)備中岸橋、堆場(chǎng)輪胎吊耗能高、排放高、噪聲大等缺點(diǎn),既對(duì)能量浪費(fèi)又污染環(huán)境,不符合國(guó)家建設(shè)“資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型”社會(huì)的方針。本文針對(duì)岸橋、集卡、場(chǎng)橋等集裝箱碼頭裝卸運(yùn)輸機(jī)械設(shè)備進(jìn)行技術(shù)改造,有效的降低了設(shè)備的能耗、噪聲、尾氣排放等指標(biāo),達(dá)到了節(jié)能減排的效果。 最后,結(jié)合欽州港集裝箱碼頭的實(shí)際情況,應(yīng)用排隊(duì)論知識(shí)對(duì)集裝箱裝卸過程中各機(jī)械設(shè)備計(jì)算合理配比。應(yīng)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)的理念與方法對(duì)上一部分所介紹的各設(shè)備的節(jié)能減排技術(shù)組合進(jìn)行評(píng)判計(jì)算,結(jié)果表明達(dá)到很好的節(jié)能減排的效果,符合實(shí)際情況。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China ' s economy , transportation has become the lifeline of the country ' s economic development , and sea transport has become the gateway and pillar of transportation . The high - speed development of logistics industry has put forward new requirements for port transportation . The container system can meet the requirements of high - speed and large - scale port transportation . The throughput of the container terminal is surging , the high energy consumption of the container terminal and the tail gas emission of the equipment also increase rapidly , which leads to the large energy consumption and pollution source of the container terminal . First , on the basis of analyzing and studying the traditional container loading and unloading transportation technology , combining the characteristics of the new container loading and unloading process , the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the new container loading and unloading transportation scheme and the traditional container loading and unloading transportation process . The new loading and unloading transportation scheme can greatly reduce the energy consumption in the container loading and unloading process , improve the loading and unloading efficiency and improve the rationality of container transportation . Second , the traditional port container terminal equipment has the disadvantages of high energy consumption , high emission , high noise , etc . , which can not only save energy waste and pollute the environment , but not meet the national construction " resource - saving and environment - friendly " social policy . In this paper , the technical transformation is carried out for the transportation and transportation equipment of the container terminal such as the shore bridge , the collection card and the field bridge , and the energy consumption , noise and exhaust emission of the equipment are effectively reduced , and the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction is achieved . Finally , according to the actual situation of Qinzhou Port Container Terminal , the reasonable proportion of each mechanical equipment in the container loading and unloading process is calculated by using the queuing theory knowledge . The theory and method of fuzzy mathematics are applied to judge the energy saving and emission reduction technology combination of each equipment introduced in the last part . The results show that the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is achieved and the practical situation is met .
