文章摘要:為辨識(shí)道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)脆弱性,引入道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)魯棒性指數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)方法,建立了考慮路段排隊(duì)容量約束和斷面通行能力約束的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交通流模型,并利用Lagrange對(duì)偶算法將有約束問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為無(wú)約束問(wèn)題求解了該模型。基于所建模型,通過(guò)依次斷裂交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)各路段以模擬路網(wǎng)受損,評(píng)價(jià)各斷裂路段對(duì)應(yīng)的道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)魯棒性指數(shù),進(jìn)而依據(jù)指數(shù)的排序結(jié)果辨識(shí)了道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的脆弱性。結(jié)果表明:基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)魯棒性指數(shù)的辨識(shí)方法可以克服基于飽和度的辨識(shí)方法的缺陷,能從全局角度準(zhǔn)確辨識(shí)道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)脆弱性;辨識(shí)模型中是否考慮路段排隊(duì)容量和斷面通行能力約束影響著道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)脆弱性辨識(shí)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性;提出的基于魯棒性指數(shù)的考慮路段排隊(duì)容量約束和路段斷面通行能力約束的辨識(shí)模型,能準(zhǔn)確識(shí)別導(dǎo)致道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)脆弱性顯著的關(guān)鍵路段,這將為路段搶修資源分配和道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)改造優(yōu)先時(shí)序決策提供支持。
Abstr:To identify road network vulnerability,after introduction of road network robustness index,network traffic flow model,with section queuing capacity constraints and traffic capacity constraints considered,was established,which was solved by Lagrange dual algorithm that transformed constraint problem into unconstraint problem.The attack of road network was modeled through breaking sections successively,then the road network robustness index corresponding to every broken section was assessed with the proposed model,and identification of road network vulnerability was achieved according to the rank of road network robustness index.The results show that the identification methodology based on network robustness index can accurately recognize the vulnerability of road network from a global perspective while overcome the defect of the methodology based on saturation;in addition,the identification model,with section queuing capacity constraints and traffic capacity constraints considered or not,will affect the identification accuracy of traffic network vulnerability.The proposed identification model based on road network robustness index,with section queuing capacity constraints and traffic capacity constraints considered,can accurately identify the critical sections contributing to road network vulnerability,which will provide support for the decisions,such as resources allocation of road maintenance and timing priority of transport network reconstruction.
