有限元仿真應(yīng)用于擠壓模畢業(yè)設(shè)計中的實踐與探索

【摘要】:針對學(xué)生在擠壓模畢業(yè)設(shè)計中存在的問題,分析傳統(tǒng)畢業(yè)設(shè)計的形式與內(nèi)容的不足,提出將有限元仿真融入畢業(yè)設(shè)計的教學(xué)理念,探討有限元仿真融入擠壓模畢業(yè)設(shè)計的教學(xué)實踐環(huán)節(jié)。實踐結(jié)果表明:有限元仿真的應(yīng)用優(yōu)化了傳統(tǒng)的擠壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計的流程,提高學(xué)生畢業(yè)設(shè)計的質(zhì)量,加強學(xué)生對擠壓工藝的理解及有限元模擬分析的技術(shù)手段的掌握,提升了學(xué)生的專業(yè)技能,增強了學(xué)生的就業(yè)競爭力。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the graduation design of extrusion die, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the form and content of the traditional graduation design, and puts forward the teaching idea of integrating finite element simulation into the graduation design. This paper discusses the teaching practice of finite element simulation integrated into the graduation design of extrusion die. The practical results show that the application of finite element simulation optimizes the traditional extrusion forming process and die design process, improves the quality of students' graduation design, and strengthens the students' understanding of extrusion process and the mastery of the technical means of finite element simulation and analysis. Improve the professional skills of students, enhance the competitiveness of students in employment.
