軋制方式對(duì)SUS430鐵素體不銹鋼組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:采用X射線衍射技術(shù)和光學(xué)顯微分析等方法,研究了同步和異步冷軋方式對(duì)SUS430鐵素體不銹鋼微觀組織、織構(gòu)演變以及力學(xué)和成形性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,與同步冷軋相比,由于異步軋制剪切變形的引入,可使異步冷軋板材的平均晶粒尺寸減小。在同步冷軋過程中,其二次冷軋?jiān)俳Y(jié)晶織構(gòu)為完整的γ纖維織構(gòu),導(dǎo)致鐵素體不銹鋼的最終性能優(yōu)于同步一次冷軋;而在異步冷軋過程中,異步一次冷軋?jiān)俳Y(jié)晶織構(gòu)為強(qiáng)點(diǎn){111}1ˉ1ˉ2的γ纖維織構(gòu),異步二次冷軋?jiān)俳Y(jié)晶織構(gòu)屬于隨機(jī)取向織構(gòu),其結(jié)果是異步一次冷軋板材的性能優(yōu)于異步二次冷軋。綜合分析表明,與異步二次冷軋方式相比,同步二次冷軋方式有利于鐵素體不銹鋼性能的提高。
[Abstract]:The effects of synchronous and asynchronous cold rolling on the microstructure, texture evolution, mechanics and formability of SUS430 Ferric stainless steel were studied by means of X-ray diffraction and optical microscopic analysis. The results show that compared with synchronous cold rolling, the average grain size of asynchronous cold rolled sheet can be reduced due to the introduction of shear deformation in asynchronous rolling. In the process of synchronous cold rolling, the re-crystallization texture of secondary cold rolling is a complete gamma fiber texture, which leads to the final properties of Ferrified stainless steel are better than those of synchronous primary cold rolling. In the process of asynchronous cold rolling, the recrystallized texture of asynchronous primary cold rolling is a gamma fiber texture with strong point {111} 1 鈮,
