鈦合金離子滲氮表面完整性研究

【摘要】:對(duì)Ti-6Al-4V鈦合金真空離子滲氮層的表面完整性進(jìn)行測試。分析了滲氮溫度、時(shí)間等工藝參數(shù)對(duì)滲層表面粗糙度、殘余應(yīng)力等的影響規(guī)律和機(jī)制。研究表明,在650~900℃范圍內(nèi),隨著滲氮溫度的升高和滲氮時(shí)間的增加,表面粗糙度總體呈現(xiàn)增加的趨勢。其中,滲氮溫度從700℃增加到750℃,滲氮層表面粗糙度大幅增加,殘余應(yīng)力轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闅堄鄩簯?yīng)力,且應(yīng)力絕對(duì)值顯著增加。證明鈦合金反應(yīng)擴(kuò)散滲氮機(jī)制啟動(dòng)溫度在700~750℃范圍內(nèi),從而,鈦合金離子滲氮適合的溫度應(yīng)大于750℃。同時(shí)表明,鈦合金滲氮層表面完整性與反應(yīng)擴(kuò)散滲氮行為密切相關(guān)。在滲氮溫度不高于850℃,滲氮時(shí)間不超過16 h的條件下,因滲氮引起的表面粗糙度增加不超過0.3μm,滲層表面殘余壓應(yīng)力可達(dá)-500 MPa。
