棒材高精度二輥矯直質(zhì)量控制策略研究

【摘要】:高精度矯直輥輥型設(shè)計及工藝參數(shù)控制是二輥矯直機的核心技術(shù)。為了滿足高精度棒材矯直要求,在輥型設(shè)計過程中依據(jù)矯直輥磨損狀態(tài)、彈塑性理論、塑性變形硬化系數(shù)求解模型及中性層偏移理論,提出"凹三凸二"分段輥型的矯直輥組合形式及輥型設(shè)計方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)棒材與矯直輥的局部線接觸狀態(tài),建立棒材二輥矯直傾角及輥縫估算模型,進而探討二輥矯直工藝參數(shù)(傾角、輥縫、矯直速度和導板間距)的變化規(guī)律和控制策略,并給出具體設(shè)計實例和有限元模擬分析。從矯直力、塑性變形深度、直線度及殘余應力等角度,證明該輥型設(shè)計方法和工藝控制策略的有效性,且現(xiàn)場試驗矯后的棒材直線度小于1 mm/m,完全滿足棒材高精度矯直標準。
[Abstract]:The design of high precision straightening roll profile and the control of technological parameters are the core technology of the two roll straightening machine. In order to meet the requirements of high precision bar straightening, according to the wear state of straightening roll, elastoplastic theory, plastic deformation hardening coefficient solution model and neutral layer migration theory, the roll profile design process is based on the roll shape design. The combination form of straightening roller and the design method of roll profile are put forward. On this basis, according to the local line contact state of bar and straightening roller, the two-roll straightening angle and roll gap estimation model of bar are established, and then the parameters of two-roll straightening process (inclination, roll gap, roll gap) are discussed. The variation law and control strategy of straightening velocity and guide plate spacing are given, and the concrete design example and finite element simulation analysis are given. From the angles of straightening force, plastic deformation depth, straightness and residual stress, it is proved that the roller profile design method and process control strategy are effective, and the straightness of bar after straightening is less than 1 mm/m,. Fully meet the bar high-precision straightening standard.
