【摘要】：針對局部受強瞬態(tài)熱沖擊作用下的含橢圓形裂紋的三層熱障涂層系統(tǒng),采用L-S型(Lord和Shulman)廣義熱彈性理論,建立二維熱力耦合方程組及相應(yīng)邊界條件,初始條件和連續(xù)性條件。對涂層系統(tǒng)的溫度場和應(yīng)力場數(shù)值計算表明:熱波到達裂紋時,裂紋尖端附近的溫度和應(yīng)力均產(chǎn)生突變。當(dāng)裂紋在陶瓷層中或在陶瓷層和氧化層界面時,熱波在裂紋面上會產(chǎn)生反射和透射現(xiàn)象;同時壓應(yīng)力突變?yōu)槔瓚?yīng)力,在陶瓷層和氧化層中產(chǎn)生熱失配效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:For the three-layer thermal barrier coating system with elliptical cracks under local strong transient thermal shock, the generalized thermoelastic theory of L-S (Lord and Shulman) is used to establish two-dimensional coupled thermodynamic equations and corresponding boundary conditions. Initial condition and continuity condition. The numerical calculation of the temperature field and stress field of the coating system shows that the temperature and stress near the crack tip are abrupt when the thermal wave reaches the crack. When the crack is in the ceramic layer or the interface between the ceramic layer and the oxide layer, the reflection and transmission of the thermal wave will occur on the crack surface, and the compressive stress will change to the tensile stress at the same time, and the thermal mismatch effect will occur in the ceramic layer and the oxide layer.
