等離子噴涂-物理氣相沉積制備7YSZ熱障涂層及其熱導(dǎo)率研究

【摘要】:通過等離子噴涂-物理氣相沉積(PS-PVD)技術(shù)在3種不同工藝參數(shù)下制備7YSZ熱障涂層。采用XRD和SEM分析涂層的相結(jié)構(gòu)和微觀組織,利用激光脈沖法測(cè)量涂層不同溫度下的熱導(dǎo)率。結(jié)果表明:通過調(diào)整工藝參數(shù)中電流的大小和等離子氣體成分,可以制備截面呈柱狀、致密層狀和柱-顆粒狀混合組織結(jié)構(gòu),表面呈"菜花"狀或起伏的多峰狀的YSZ熱障涂層。涂層的相結(jié)構(gòu)由粉末的單斜相氧化鋯(m-ZrO_2)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橥繉又械乃姆较嘌趸?t-ZrO_2),并保留至室溫。在700~1100℃時(shí),YSZ涂層的熱導(dǎo)率隨著溫度的升高而增大。柱狀晶結(jié)構(gòu)涂層因具有較大的孔隙率,可以有效降低涂層的熱導(dǎo)率,其熱導(dǎo)率為1.0~1.2W·m~(-1)·K~(-1);而層狀結(jié)構(gòu)涂層由于比較致密,其熱導(dǎo)率相對(duì)較高。
[Abstract]:7YSZ thermal barrier coatings were prepared by plasma spraying and physical vapor deposition (PS-PVD) under three different process parameters. The phase structure and microstructure of the coating were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The thermal conductivity of the coating at different temperatures was measured by laser pulse method. The results show that by adjusting the current and plasma gas composition in the process parameters, the YSZ thermal barrier coating with columnar section, dense layer and column-granular structure can be prepared, and the surface of the coating is "cauliflower" or undulating multi-peak YSZ thermal barrier coating. The phase structure of the coating changed from monoclinic zirconia (m-ZrO_2) of powder to tetragonal zirconia (t-ZrO_2) in the coating and remained at room temperature.
