Inconel 625激光直接金屬沉積成形參數(shù)無量綱化及其對單道幾何形貌的影響

【摘要】:為了對激光直接金屬沉積成形技術(shù)中不同參數(shù)進行規(guī)范,對Inconel 625球形合金粉末進行了激光直接金屬沉積成形試驗,對成形參數(shù)進行了無量綱化,得到了以接觸角為幾何形貌評價參數(shù)的加工圖,并對工藝參數(shù)與單道沉積層幾何形貌間的關(guān)系進行了分析討論。結(jié)果表明,特征能量比為0.5~0.7時,粉末完全熔化且不造成能量剩余,沉積層呈現(xiàn)平滑的橢圓形;送粉速率是控制沉積層高度的首要因素,當送粉速率恒定時,激光功率對熔池深度影響較大。
[Abstract]:In order to standardize the different parameters of laser direct metal deposition (DME), the laser direct metal deposition (DME) forming test of Inconel 625 spherical alloy powder was carried out, and the forming parameters were dimensionless. The machining diagram with contact angle as the geometric shape evaluation parameter was obtained, and the relationship between the process parameters and the geometric morphology of the single channel deposit layer was analyzed and discussed. The results show that when the characteristic energy ratio is 0. 5 ~ 0. 7, the powder melts completely and does not cause energy surplus, and the deposit layer presents a smooth ellipse. The powder feeding rate is the primary factor to control the deposition height. When the powder feeding rate is constant, the laser power has a great influence on the depth of the molten pool.
