5A90 Al-Li合金板材脈沖電流輔助拉深成形

【摘要】:為了解決5A90 Al-Li合金塑性加工困難的問題,通過理論分析與實驗測試相結(jié)合的方法,對5A90 Al-Li合金板材的脈沖電流加熱特性進行了研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),10 A·mm~(-2)的脈沖電流可在2 min內(nèi)將板材加熱到300℃。通過單向拉伸試驗對5A90 Al-Li合金板材的高溫力學(xué)性能進行了測試,測試結(jié)果表明,300℃時,板材的伸長率可達63.4%。以脈沖電流加熱特性和高溫力學(xué)性能的研究為基礎(chǔ),對板材試驗件的成形過程進行了設(shè)計,經(jīng)脈沖電流加熱后成形的試驗件尺寸精度滿足設(shè)計要求,且表面質(zhì)量良好,無裂紋、劃傷等缺陷。脈沖電流輔助熱成形技術(shù)為5A90 Al-Li合金鈑金薄壁類零件的塑性加工提供了一條簡便、高效的途徑。
