AgCuNiLi釬焊TiC金屬陶瓷與GH3128界面結(jié)構(gòu)及接頭性能

【摘要】:采用AgCuNiLi釬料對(duì)TiC金屬陶瓷與GH3128鎳基高溫合金進(jìn)行釬焊。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)釬焊溫度為840℃,保溫10min時(shí),接頭典型界面結(jié)構(gòu)可以表示為:TiC金屬陶瓷/(Cu,Ni)/Ag(s.s)+Cu(s.s)/(Cu,Ni)/GH3128。隨著釬焊溫度的升高或保溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),TiC金屬陶瓷附近的(Cu,Ni)固溶體層厚度增大,且向釬料內(nèi)部呈樹枝狀長(zhǎng)大,釬料內(nèi)部的Ag-Cu共晶組織逐漸減少。界面機(jī)理分析表明:釬料中Li的加入能促進(jìn)界面上(Cu,Ni)固溶體的形成;但(Cu,Ni)固溶體的繼續(xù)長(zhǎng)大則受釬料中Cu元素的擴(kuò)散程度控制。當(dāng)加熱溫度由810℃升高到960℃,接頭抗剪強(qiáng)度呈現(xiàn)先增大,然后緩慢減小的變化趨勢(shì)。當(dāng)加熱溫度為880℃、保溫時(shí)間為10min時(shí),接頭抗剪強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最大值204MPa。
