熱處理工藝對微合金建筑用鋼力學性能的影響

【摘要】:設(shè)計了微合金建筑用鋼的成分,研究了熱處理工藝對微合金建筑用鋼力學性能和組織的影響。結(jié)果表明:1035℃開軋、805℃終軋且在800℃進行正火處理,此時力學性能最佳,其抗拉強度為562 MPa、屈服強度為470 MPa、伸長率為22.6%,屈強比為0.84。600℃回火前后的顯微硬度分別為175 HV0.1和189 HV0.1。
