基于金屬流線分析的三柱槽殼溫?cái)D件工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:擠壓件體積成形過程中,金屬流線對其使用性能影響很大。針對三柱槽殼溫?cái)D件金屬流線不佳現(xiàn)象,分析了流線的形成過程,研究了正擠工藝、反擠凸模形狀和尺寸、摩擦力和擠壓速度對金屬流線的影響規(guī)律。據(jù)此提出改善流線結(jié)構(gòu)的方案,并進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:相對于平底和梯形反擠沖頭,三角沖頭結(jié)構(gòu)對金屬流線的引導(dǎo)作用更佳,且在保證溝道尺寸的前提下,三角沖頭底面傾斜角、引流圓錐凸臺(tái)頂角圓弧半徑和底面直徑越大越好;正擠凹模錐角取60°~90°最為合理;摩擦力對金屬流線影響較大,摩擦力越大,金屬流線越差;擠壓速度對金屬流線的影響不大。
[Abstract]:Metal streamline has a great influence on the performance of extruded parts in the process of bulk forming. The forming process of streamline is analyzed, and the influence of positive extrusion process, shape and size of reverse extrusion die, friction force and extrusion speed on metal streamline is studied. According to this, the scheme of improving streamline structure is put forward, and the experiment is carried out. The results show that the triangulation punch structure can guide the metal streamline better than the flat bottom and trapezoidal backextruder, and the angle of the bottom of the triangulation punch is better than that of the trapezoidal backextruder, and the angle of inclination of the bottom surface of the triangulation punch can be obtained on the premise of ensuring the channel size. The larger the arc radius and the diameter of the bottom surface, the better; The conical angle of positive extrusion die is 60 擄~ 90 擄, the friction force has great influence on the metal streamline, the bigger the friction force is, the worse the metal streamline is, and the extrusion speed has little effect on the metal streamline.
