合金成分對NiTi-Al基合金顯微組織的影響

【摘要】:研究了不同Al含量和Ni/(Ti+Al)原子比對NiTi-Al基合金顯微組織的影響。結(jié)果表明:在Ni_(50)Ti_(50-x)Al_x(x=0,5,7和9)合金體系中,當Al≤7 at%時,合金的微觀組織并未發(fā)生明顯的變化,均由NiTi基體相和分布于晶界處的Ti_2Ni+NiTi非規(guī)則共晶組織構(gòu)成,而在Al含量升高至9 at%時,Ni_2TiAl相則會作為初生相析出。在Ni_(50-y)Ti_(43+y)Al_7(y=-2,-1,0和2)合金體系中,隨著Ni元素含量的增加,Ti_2Ni相的體積分數(shù)逐漸降低,但當Ni≥51 at%時,Ti_2Ni相的體積分數(shù)基本保持一致,同時Ti_2Ni+NiTi非規(guī)則共晶組織消失,Ti_2Ni相以短條狀或點狀形態(tài)分布在晶界處。此外,NiTi-Al基合金在經(jīng)過1200℃×12 h固溶和850℃×10 h時效的熱處理之后,會在基體上均析出了大量的Ni_2TiAl相,但隨著Ni元素含量的增加,Ni_2TiAl相的組織穩(wěn)定性顯著降低,并且晶界處的Ni_2TiAl相先于晶內(nèi)的Ni_2TiAl相失去與基體之間的共格關(guān)系。綜合考慮,Ni_(50)Ti_(43)Al_7合金有著較低的Ti_2Ni相體積分數(shù)以及優(yōu)異的Ni_2TiAl相高溫穩(wěn)定性,是進一步研究NiTi-Al基合金組織與性能的適宜對象。
