焦爐上升管抗結焦陶瓷涂層制備與性能研究

【摘要】:焦爐在正常生產(chǎn)過程中,其上升管道內(nèi)壁不斷積聚碳物質直接阻礙荒煤氣正常輸送,降低焦爐生產(chǎn)效率,是一直以來亟待解決的難題。本文通過研究在上升管道金屬內(nèi)壁上制備陶瓷涂層抑制其表面積碳結焦,減少碳質層的附著量,以達到提高焦爐生產(chǎn)效率的目的。課題研究過程中,通過熱力學理論的計算確定了SiO2、Cr2O3作為陶瓷涂層的主要組分;依據(jù)陶瓷涂層與金屬基體熱膨脹系數(shù)相互匹配的原則,設計確定了采用高溫液相燒結的方式在Cr20Ni25耐熱合金鋼表面制備陶瓷涂層。在具體的試驗中,采用控制變量的研究方法,遵循單一變量的原則,分別探討涂層料漿的制備、燒成工藝、力學性能以及陶瓷涂層的抑制結焦性能四個方面來進行本課題的研究工作。研究結果表明:(1)陶瓷涂層料漿內(nèi)固體顆粒細度、固相含量、助劑加入種類以及數(shù)量均對料漿各項性能以及涂層的燒成產(chǎn)生重要影響。涂層料漿內(nèi)固相含量52.63%、料漿顆粒D50為1.659μm,并加入部分化學助劑時料漿各項性能達到最優(yōu)。(2)燒成工藝直接影響陶瓷涂層各項性能的優(yōu)劣,燒成溫度越高,陶瓷粉料收縮越大,涂層與金屬基體的結合效果越差。當涂層內(nèi)部含有20%Cr2O3,熱處理溫度在1090℃下保溫20min時,陶瓷涂層光滑致密,與金屬基體結合效果最好。(3)陶瓷涂層具有良好的抑制碳結焦性能。涂層表面所結的碳質層結構與未涂陶瓷涂層的金屬基體表面的碳質層相比結合松散,很容易脫落。另外,陶瓷涂層厚度不是影響其抑制碳結焦性能的關鍵因素。
[Abstract]:During the normal production of coke oven, the accumulation of carbon in the inner wall of the rising pipe directly hinders the normal transportation of waste gas and reduces the production efficiency of coke oven, which has always been a difficult problem to be solved. In order to improve the production efficiency of coke oven, ceramic coating was prepared on the metal inner wall of riser pipe to restrain the coking on the surface and reduce the adhesion of the carbon layer. In the course of the research, SiO2,Cr2O3 as the main component of ceramic coating was determined by the calculation of thermodynamic theory. According to the matching principle of thermal expansion coefficient between ceramic coating and metal substrate, ceramic coatings were designed and fabricated on the surface of Cr20Ni25 heat-resistant alloy steel by high temperature liquid phase sintering. In the concrete experiment, the research method of controlling variable and following the principle of single variable are used to discuss the preparation and sintering process of coating slurry. The mechanical properties and coking resistance of ceramic coatings were studied in this paper. The results show that: (1) the fineness of solid particles, the content of solid phase, the type and quantity of additives in the slurry of ceramic coating have important effects on the properties of slurry and the sintering of coating. The solid content in the coating slurry is 52.63, the slurry particle D50 is 1.659 渭 m, and some chemical aids are added to the slurry. (2) the sintering process directly affects the properties of the ceramic coating, and the higher the sintering temperature, the higher the sintering temperature.
