量具用GCr15鋼熱處理尺寸變化的分析

【摘要】:不同原始組織在熱處理過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的變形不同。針對(duì)GCr15的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:不同原始組織在淬火后及400℃以下回火時(shí)相對(duì)原始長(zhǎng)度均增加,而在400℃以上回火時(shí)相對(duì)原始長(zhǎng)度均縮短;在相同的熱處理工藝下,球化3級(jí)的變形小于片狀珠光體組織。對(duì)比不同球化工藝,采用等溫球化和長(zhǎng)時(shí)間加熱球化獲得的球化組織不均勻,效率低,且能耗大,而淬火+高溫回火球化能夠獲得更均勻的球化組織,大幅提高了生產(chǎn)效率。
