鑄鐵表面等離子噴涂Mo涂層工藝研究

【摘要】:采用不同參數(shù)等離子噴涂方法在鑄鐵表面制備了鉬涂層,利用SEM和EDS研究了涂層組織與斷口形貌,并檢測(cè)了涂層的顯微硬度。結(jié)果表明,噴涂最佳工藝參數(shù)為主氣流量72 L/min,噴涂距離107 mm,送粉速率14 g/min,功率18 kW。涂層與基體以機(jī)械結(jié)合為主,Mo涂層的硬度明顯高于基體的硬度,涂層顯微硬度分散性和不均勻性較大,這是由于涂層組織結(jié)構(gòu)的非均勻性和涂層中的缺陷造成的。
[Abstract]:Molybdenum coating was prepared on cast iron by plasma spraying with different parameters. The microstructure and fracture morphology of the coating were studied by SEM and EDS, and the microhardness of the coating was tested. The results show that the best process parameters are the main gas flow rate of 72 L / min, the spraying distance of 107 mm, and the feed rate of 14 g / min and the power of 18 kW.. The hardness of the Mo coating is obviously higher than that of the substrate, and the microhardness of the coating is dispersive and non-uniform, which is caused by the non-uniformity of the coating structure and the defects in the coating.
