新型三元共聚物阻垢劑性能評(píng)價(jià)及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:在循環(huán)冷卻水系統(tǒng)中,因水分蒸發(fā)濃縮,濃縮倍率的提高,水中很容易產(chǎn)生結(jié)垢和腐蝕現(xiàn)象,工業(yè)上通常采用投加緩蝕阻垢藥劑來(lái)抑制和緩解這一現(xiàn)象。而目前所使用的阻垢劑主要是含磷聚合物和羧酸鹽聚合物阻垢劑,含磷聚合物易水解,水中磷含量過(guò)高會(huì)引起水體富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化;羧酸類(lèi)聚合物不易被生物降解,對(duì)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生影響。所以本文研究了一種無(wú)毒、無(wú)磷、易生物降解的新型三元共聚物β-CD-MA-SSS的阻垢性能及其它性能,并對(duì)武鋼生產(chǎn)廢水進(jìn)行阻垢性能評(píng)價(jià),為其工業(yè)應(yīng)用提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。通過(guò)對(duì)新型三元共聚物β-CD-MA-SSS的靜態(tài)阻垢實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),聚合物β-CD-MA-SSS具有很好的阻碳酸鈣性能,當(dāng)聚合物投加量為20mg/L時(shí),對(duì)碳酸鈣的阻垢率達(dá)到84.36%,在低硬度低堿度的冷卻水中能更好地發(fā)揮阻垢作用;對(duì)硫酸鈣的阻垢效果一般,當(dāng)聚合物投加量為10mg/L時(shí),對(duì)硫酸鈣的阻垢率為27.78%,當(dāng)聚合物投加量為超過(guò)20mg/L時(shí),會(huì)出現(xiàn)致垢現(xiàn)象;在低濃度磷酸根離子條件下,對(duì)磷酸鈣阻垢性能優(yōu)異。對(duì)鈣鎂離子同時(shí)存在的混合溶液阻垢實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,鈣鎂離子比為3:1,且鈣離子濃度為150mg/L,鎂離子濃度為50mg/L,共聚物β-CD-MA-SSS投加量為25mg/L時(shí),對(duì)混合液的阻垢率能達(dá)到90.97%。另外,聚合物對(duì)氧化鐵也具有一定的分散性,當(dāng)投加量為30mg/L時(shí),透光率可達(dá)到67.1%,還具有較好的抗鹽性,能在鹽度較高的環(huán)境中使用。對(duì)武鋼廢水的阻垢實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,最佳投藥量為30mg/L,阻垢率可達(dá)到83.85%,對(duì)實(shí)際廢水表現(xiàn)出良好的阻垢效果。綜合阻垢效果、環(huán)境影響和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等因素,該新型共聚物阻垢劑具有一定的推廣意義。
[Abstract]:In the circulating cooling water system, due to the evaporation and concentration of water and the increase of concentration ratio, scaling and corrosion are easy to occur in water, which is usually suppressed and alleviated by adding corrosion and scale inhibitor in industry. However, the scale inhibitor used at present is mainly phosphorus-containing polymer and carboxylate polymer scale inhibitor. The phosphorus-containing polymer is easy to hydrolyze, and the high phosphorus content in water will lead to eutrophication of water body, and carboxylic acid polymer is not easily biodegradable and has an impact on the environment. Therefore, the scale inhibition and other properties of a new type of terpolymer 尾-CD-MA-SSS, which is nontoxic, phosphorous and biodegradable, are studied in this paper. The scale inhibition performance of WISCO wastewater is evaluated to provide data support for its industrial application. Through the static scale inhibition experiment of the new terpolymer 尾-CD-MA-SSS, it is found that the polymer 尾-CD-MA-SSS has good performance in inhibiting calcium carbonate. When the dosage of polymer is 20mg/L, the scale inhibition rate of calcium carbonate reaches 84.36%. In the cooling water with low hardness and low alkalinity, the scale inhibition can be played better. When the polymer dosage is 10mg/L, the scale inhibition rate of calcium sulfate is 27.78. When the polymer dosage is more than 20mg/L, the scaling phenomenon will occur. Under the condition of low concentration of phosphate ion, the scale inhibition of calcium phosphate is excellent. The scale inhibition experiment of mixed solution with calcium and magnesium ions at the same time shows that when the ratio of calcium to magnesium ion is 3: 1, the concentration of calcium ion is 150 mg / L, the concentration of magnesium ion is 50 mg / L, and the dosage of copolymer 尾-CD-MA-SSS is 25mg/L, The scale inhibition rate of the mixture can reach 90.97. In addition, the polymer also has a certain dispersity to ferric oxide. When the dosage of 30mg/L is added, the transmittance can reach 67.1, and it also has good salt resistance and can be used in the environment with high salinity. The scale inhibition experiment of WISCO wastewater shows that the optimal dosage is 30 mg / L, and the scale inhibition rate can reach 83.85, showing good scale inhibition effect on actual wastewater. The new copolymer scale inhibitor has a certain popularizing significance by synthesizing factors such as scale inhibition effect, environment influence and economic benefit.
