懸浮態(tài)煅燒菱鎂礦制備高活性輕燒氧化鎂

【摘要】:為探討懸浮態(tài)煅燒菱鎂礦制備高活性輕燒氧化鎂的可行性,將粒度74μm的菱鎂礦粉放置于實驗室自行研制的小型模擬懸浮態(tài)煅燒裝置內(nèi)煅燒,在溫度分別為650、750、850和950℃,保溫時間分別為30、60、180和300 s的條件下對菱鎂礦進(jìn)行快速煅燒而制備輕燒氧化鎂,采用XRD、SEM分析煅燒產(chǎn)物的物相組成和顯微結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)Scherrer公式計算MgO晶粒的尺寸,通過檸檬酸顯色法分析MgO活性。結(jié)果表明:采用懸浮態(tài)煅燒菱鎂礦可在短時間內(nèi)制備出高活性輕燒氧化鎂;煅燒溫度為850℃、保溫時間為180 s時制備出的MgO活性最高,其活性指數(shù)為3.33,檸檬酸顯色時間為30 s。
