煤基多孔碳孔隙逾滲演化過程及結(jié)構(gòu)特征

【摘要】:以煤焦顆粒和煤瀝青為原料制備多孔碳材料,從多孔介質(zhì)流體力學(xué)角度分析了坯料焙燒成孔過程及孔隙演化過程,結(jié)合分形理論和壓汞實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,表征了多孔碳孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)的非均質(zhì)特征.結(jié)果表明,多孔碳坯料焙燒成孔的流體力學(xué)本質(zhì)是揮發(fā)分在多孔介質(zhì)中的流動(dòng),伴隨焙燒各階段經(jīng)歷了孔隙產(chǎn)生-逐步增多-局部連通-全部連通-網(wǎng)狀聯(lián)接的逾滲演化過程.各試樣的孔隙度為29.67%~36.59%,比表面積為2.32~3.91 m~2/g,骨架面積分形維數(shù)為1.788~1.854,孔隙面積分形維數(shù)為1.638~1.732,體積分形維數(shù)為2.844~2.949,迂曲度分形維數(shù)為1.319~1.386,壓汞實(shí)驗(yàn)中閾值壓力為(8.94~13.08)×10~4 Pa,表現(xiàn)出典型的分形和逾滲特征.
[Abstract]:Porous carbon materials were prepared from coal char particles and coal pitch. The pore forming process and pore evolution process of billet roasting were analyzed from the point of view of fluid mechanics of porous media. The results of fractal theory and mercury injection experiment were combined. The heterogeneity of porous carbon pore structure was characterized. The results show that the hydrodynamic nature of porous carbon billet roasting is the flow of volatile matter in porous media, and the percolation evolution process of pore generation, gradual increase, local connectivity, total connectivity and network connection is experienced during each stage of roasting. The porosity of each sample is 29.67 ~ 36.59, the specific surface area is 2.32 ~ 3.91 mg / g, the fractal dimension of skeleton area is 1.788 ~ (1.854), the fractal dimension of pore area is 1.638 ~ 1.732, and the fractal dimension of volume is 2.844 ~ (2.949). The fractal dimension of tortuosity is 1.319 ~ 1.386, and the threshold pressure of (8.94 ~ 13.08) 脳 10 ~ (4) Pa, shows typical fractal and percolation characteristics.
