氨基化石墨烯改性水性聚氨酯的合成及性能

【摘要】:用3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅氧烷(APTMS)插層改性氧化石墨烯(GO),得到氨基化石墨烯(APTMS-GO)。通過FTIR、XRD、Raman、TG、TEM、XPS表征了APTMS-GO的結(jié)構(gòu)和形態(tài)。將APTMS-GO與帶有異氰酸根的聚氨酯預(yù)聚物以原位聚合的方式聚合,制得了含APTMS-GO質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)(以聚氨酯合成原料的總質(zhì)量計(jì),下同)為0、0.06%、0.11%、0.16%、0.22%、0.33%和0.55%的APTMS-GO/WPU納米復(fù)合材料,并測(cè)試了其拉伸性能、熱性能和疏水性的變化;利用FESEM和TEM觀察了截面中納米填充物的分散情況及乳液的粒徑。結(jié)果表明:通過原位聚合得到的復(fù)合材料拉伸強(qiáng)度明顯改善,由純水性聚氨酯的10.13 MPa增加到28.96 MPa;當(dāng)APTMS-GO質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.22%時(shí),復(fù)合材料的初始分解溫度(T_(d5))增大到279℃,與純水性聚氨酯相比提高了34℃;隨著APTMS-GO質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的逐步增大,復(fù)合膜的接觸角由71.3°提高到91.28°,復(fù)合材料的疏水作用得到了改善。
[Abstract]:(APTMS) intercalation of 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysiloxane (APTMS) was used to modify graphene oxide (GO),) to obtain graphene aminoate (APTMS-GO). The structure and morphology of APTMS-GO were characterized by FTIR,XRD,Raman,TG,TEM,XPS. APTMS-GO and polyurethane prepolymer with isocyanate were polymerized in situ to obtain APTMS-GO/WPU nanocomposites containing APTMS-GO content (measured by the total mass of polyurethane raw material) of 0 0. 06% and 0. 16% 0.22% and 0. 55%, respectively, and their tensile properties were tested. FESEM and TEM were used to observe the dispersion of nano-filler and the particle size of emulsion. The results show that the tensile strength of the composites obtained by in-situ polymerization is obviously improved, from 10.13 MPa of pure waterborne polyurethane to 28.96 MPa;. When the mass fraction of APTMS-GO is 0.22, the initial decomposition temperature (TD5) of the composites increases to 279 鈩,
