龍口油頁巖半焦燃燒破碎特性研究

【摘要】:為了對流化燃燒中顆粒粒徑分布進行研究,把固定床加熱或燃燒處理后的半焦在小型流化床實驗臺上進行常溫流化實驗,對破碎特性進行研究,并且與常溫流化處理和850℃流化燃燒實驗進行對比,研究引發(fā)一次破碎和二次破碎的熱應(yīng)力、揮發(fā)分析出的膨脹壓力和碰撞之間的關(guān)系,以及粒徑和外形對這些力的影響。結(jié)果顯示熱應(yīng)力和揮發(fā)分析出產(chǎn)生的膨脹壓力導(dǎo)致一次破碎并改變顆粒內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),隨著粒徑增大一次破碎加劇,這種趨勢受外形變化影響。燃燒增加熱應(yīng)力和膨脹壓力加劇一次破碎。碰撞本身能造成的破碎很少,二次破碎主要由于熱應(yīng)力和膨脹壓力降低了顆粒強度,流化時更易破碎。
