煤層氣固體氧化物燃料電池發(fā)電性能研究

【摘要】:煤層氣是山西的優(yōu)勢資源,研究開發(fā)高效潔凈的煤層氣利用技術(shù),對山西的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級和可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。固體氧化物燃料電池(SOFC)是一種高效潔凈的發(fā)電裝置。鎳基陶瓷復(fù)合陽極由于其高電化學(xué)活性、高電子電導(dǎo)、穩(wěn)定性好、價格低廉等優(yōu)點,迄今仍是最常用的陽極材料。然而,當(dāng)使用碳?xì)淙剂蠒r,陽極積碳導(dǎo)致電池性能迅速衰竭,是煤層氣等碳?xì)淙剂蟂OFC面臨的一個嚴(yán)重挑戰(zhàn)。經(jīng)過我們實地考察,走訪了山西的一些煤層氣開采生產(chǎn)集團(tuán),發(fā)現(xiàn)目前在實際生產(chǎn)中,30%以下的煤層氣不能被很好地利用,絕大部分都已經(jīng)稀釋排空處理,這樣不僅造成了環(huán)境的污染,溫室效應(yīng)的增加,還極大地浪費了寶貴的資源。本論文針對這種現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合固體氧化物燃料電池的新技術(shù),嘗試探索出一條針對低濃度煤層氣有效利用的新方法。我們通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在以25%空氣配比的煤層氣為燃料時,SOFC電池表現(xiàn)出了很好的化學(xué)催化性能和電化學(xué)操作穩(wěn)定性。其中,在850℃下,化學(xué)催化過程中CH4的轉(zhuǎn)化率達(dá)到了99%以上;電化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性操作方面,在850℃下,電池也能夠連續(xù)運行168h保持性能基本穩(wěn)定。同時,無論是化學(xué)催化過程還是電化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性操作過程,都沒有積碳產(chǎn)生。因此,我們相信,低濃度(≤30%)煤層氣有可以直接作為固體氧化物燃料電池的燃料進(jìn)行使用的價值,在這方面,我們還有很多的工作需要進(jìn)一步探討。
[Abstract]:Coalbed methane (CBM) is an advantageous resource in Shanxi Province. It is of great significance to develop efficient and clean CBM utilization technology for the industrial upgrading and sustainable development of Shanxi Province. Solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is an efficient and clean generator. Nickel based ceramic composite anode is still the most commonly used anode because of its high electrochemical activity, high electron conductivity, good stability and low price. However, when hydrocarbon fuel is used, anode carbon deposition leads to rapid cell performance failure, which is a serious challenge for SOFC, such as coal-bed methane (CBM) hydrocarbon fuel. After our on-the-spot investigation, we visited some coal-bed methane mining and production groups in Shanxi. It was found that at present, less than 30% of the coal bed methane in actual production cannot be used very well, and most of it has been diluted and emptied. This not only caused environmental pollution, the increase of Greenhouse Effect, but also a great waste of valuable resources. In this paper, a new method for the effective utilization of low concentration coal bed methane (LCBM) has been explored by combining with the new technology of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC). It is found that the SOFC battery has good chemical catalytic performance and electrochemical operation stability when coal-bed methane (CBM) with 25% air ratio is used as fuel.
