【摘要】：正Shell公司和ITM電力公司合作計(jì)劃在德國(guó)Rheinland煉油廠聯(lián)合體內(nèi)的Wesseling煉油廠中安裝一套10MW的電解槽,用于生產(chǎn)氫氣。這將是德國(guó)境內(nèi)同類設(shè)施中最大的一套,也是全世界最大的PEM(聚合物電解質(zhì)膜)電解槽。該廠目前每年氫氣用量約為180kt,來(lái)源于煉油工藝副產(chǎn)或天然氣轉(zhuǎn)化制氫。電解時(shí)需要用電能將水分解為氫和氧。計(jì)劃安裝的電解槽用能為低成本可再生電力,這是Shell公司Rheinland煉油廠零碳排放制氫的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Shell and ITM Power are planning to install a 10MW electrolysis cell in the Wesseling refinery in Germany's Rheinland Refinery to produce hydrogen. It will be the largest of its kind in Germany and the largest PEM cell in the world. The annual hydrogen consumption of the plant is about 180 kt, which comes from the by-product of refining process or the conversion of natural gas to produce hydrogen. Electricity is needed to decompose water into hydrogen and oxygen when electrolysis. The planned electrolytic cell uses low-cost renewable power, a key technology for zero carbon emissions hydrogen production from Shell's Rheinland refinery.
