聚羧酸減水劑含固量測試結(jié)果影響因素的研究

【摘要】:采取重量法系統(tǒng)地研究母液種類、試驗(yàn)樣品量、烘干時(shí)間、烘干溫度、復(fù)配材料等因素對聚羧酸減水劑(PCE)含固量測試測試值的影響。結(jié)果表明:按照現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 8077—2012《混凝土外加劑勻質(zhì)性試驗(yàn)方法》規(guī)定的重量法測試聚羧酸減水劑含固量時(shí),因操作方法不統(tǒng)一,常常出現(xiàn)實(shí)測值與理論值存在較大偏差的情況。當(dāng)取樣量在4 g左右、烘干時(shí)間為4~6 h、烘干溫度為105℃時(shí),聚羧酸母液及成品含固量的測試結(jié)果與理論值較為吻合。
[Abstract]:The effects of mother liquor type, sample quantity, drying time, drying temperature and compound materials on the solid content of polycarboxylic acid reducer (PCE) were studied systematically by gravimetric method. The results show that when the solid content of polycarboxylic acid water reducer is measured by gravimetric method according to the present national standard GB/T 8077-2012 "testing method for homogeneity of concrete admixture", the operation method is not uniform.
