以Fe為催化劑低溫碳化反應(yīng)合成SiC粉體

【摘要】:以單質(zhì)硅粉和酚醛樹脂為原料,以硝酸鐵為催化劑前驅(qū)體,通過碳化反應(yīng)的方法合成了β-SiC納米粉體。研究了催化劑用量、反應(yīng)溫度及保溫時間等工藝因素對合成SiC粉體的影響,采用XRD、SEM、TEM及EDS對合成產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:(1)當(dāng)催化劑用量為1.5wt.%時,1250℃反應(yīng)3 h后所得產(chǎn)物為單相的SiC;而不含催化劑的樣品需經(jīng)1350℃/3 h反應(yīng)后才能制備出單相的SiC;(2)所合成的SiC顆粒平均粒徑約為60 nm。
[Abstract]:The nano-sized 尾 -SiC powder was synthesized by carbonation reaction using silicon powder and phenolic resin as raw materials and ferric nitrate as catalyst precursor. The effects of the amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and holding time on the synthesis of SiC powder were studied. The synthesis products were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and EDS.
