【摘要】：簡(jiǎn)要介紹了金剛石工具、工具分類(lèi)及其制造過(guò)程中用到的釬焊技術(shù),分析了金剛石顆粒與基體的連接原理與形式,就金剛石工具行業(yè)國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r評(píng)述了釬焊技術(shù)的相應(yīng)發(fā)展,闡述了預(yù)合金粉末的擴(kuò)散釬焊現(xiàn)象及有益作用,探討了釬焊材料、釬焊工藝和釬焊設(shè)備的協(xié)同規(guī)律,提出了金剛石工具行業(yè)釬焊技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向,為國(guó)內(nèi)金剛石工具和焊接行業(yè)發(fā)展研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces diamond tools, classification of tools and brazing technology used in manufacturing process, and analyzes the principle and form of joining diamond particles with matrix. This paper reviews the development of brazing technology in diamond tools industry at home and abroad, expounds the phenomenon and beneficial effect of diffusion brazing of prealloyed powder, and discusses the synergistic law of brazing material, brazing process and brazing equipment. The development trend of brazing technology in diamond tools industry is put forward, which provides a reference for the development of diamond tools and welding industry in China.
