硅灰為原料制備類球形亞微米碳化硅粉體

【摘要】:以硅灰為硅源、葡萄糖為碳源制備粉體先驅(qū)體,然后經(jīng)過炭化和煅燒,制備類球形亞微米碳化硅粉體。實(shí)驗(yàn)采用1200、1300、1400、1500℃4種溫度煅燒樣品,并對(duì)產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行物相、粒度、形貌分析。結(jié)果表明:1200℃時(shí),碳熱還原反應(yīng)未發(fā)生,硅灰中無定形的二氧化硅轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻Y(jié)晶形態(tài);剩余三種溫度下得到的產(chǎn)物均是3C型碳化硅,在1400℃下能夠制備出球形度良好的亞微米碳化硅粉體,其平均粒徑約為0.2μm;隨著煅燒溫度的升高,碳化硅的結(jié)晶度增強(qiáng)、粒度變大、球形度變差。
