定向凝固氧化物共晶陶瓷的制備工藝與性能

【摘要】:定向凝固氧化物共晶陶瓷以優(yōu)異的高溫性能,包括熱穩(wěn)定性、抗氧化燒蝕能力,高溫機(jī)械性能,特別是高溫?cái)嗔秧g性和變形能力、抗蠕變性等,引起廣泛關(guān)注,被認(rèn)為是最有發(fā)展前景的新一代超高溫結(jié)構(gòu)材料。從共晶材料體系、制備方法、共晶相生長(zhǎng)機(jī)制、力學(xué)性能等回顧了定向凝固共晶陶瓷的研究進(jìn)展,探討該研究方向亟待解決的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Directionally solidified oxide eutectic ceramics have attracted wide attention due to their excellent high temperature properties, including thermal stability, oxidation resistance and ablation ability, high temperature mechanical properties, especially high temperature fracture toughness and deformation resistance, creep resistance, etc. It is considered to be the most promising new generation of ultra-high temperature structural materials. The research progress of directionally solidified eutectic ceramics was reviewed from eutectic material system, preparation method, eutectic growth mechanism and mechanical properties.
