中鈦型含鈦高爐渣制微晶玻璃及其性能研究

【摘要】:以中鈦型含鈦高爐渣為主原料制備微晶玻璃,利用渣中的TiO_2作晶核劑。采用差示掃描量熱法(DSC)、X射線衍射(XRD)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)等分析技術(shù)研究了含鈦高爐渣用量的變化對基礎(chǔ)玻璃晶化、微晶玻璃性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,渣中適量的TiO_2對玻璃晶化有較好的促進(jìn)作用。渣用量較低時制得的微晶玻璃的主晶相為硅灰石,但當(dāng)渣用量超過70%時,主晶相發(fā)生變化,變?yōu)殁}鋁黃長石等長石類礦相。中鈦型含鈦高爐渣用量為63%左右時,制得的微晶玻璃晶相含量合適,性能最好。此時采用的熱處理制度為:核化溫度720℃,保溫1h,晶化溫度945℃,保溫2h,制得的微晶玻璃抗彎強(qiáng)度為121.68 MPa,顯微硬度為7.81GPa。
[Abstract]:Glass-ceramics were prepared from medium titanium containing titanium blast furnace slag and TiO_2 in slag was used as nucleating agent. The effect of the content of titanium-bearing blast furnace slag on the basic glass crystallization and glass-ceramics properties was studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that proper amount of TiO_2 in slag can promote the crystallization of glass. The main crystalline phase of glass-ceramics was wollastonite when slag content was low, but when slag content exceeded 70%, the main crystal phase changed and changed into feldspar mineral phase such as calcium aluminum feldspar. When the content of titanium-containing blast furnace slag is about 63%, the content of glass-ceramics crystal phase is suitable and the properties are the best.
