【摘要】：推廣使用混凝土生產(chǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng)還有許多待解決的問題,如與不同拌和樓控制系統(tǒng)的有效集成、與信息技術(shù)發(fā)展同步跟進及升級、系統(tǒng)接口約定的規(guī)范化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化等,這些問題的研究不僅有利于系統(tǒng)在更大范圍內(nèi)應(yīng)用推廣,而且可以提升混凝土乃至整個基礎(chǔ)建材供應(yīng)行業(yè)的管理水平與技術(shù)進步。本文在分析混凝土生產(chǎn)工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計開發(fā)了混凝土生產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息化管理系統(tǒng)。為適應(yīng)現(xiàn)場混凝土施工中存在的質(zhì)量管理和成本控制需求,開發(fā)了遠程信息傳輸、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、分析平臺和廣域網(wǎng)(WAN)多用戶實時訪問信息門戶(PIP)的混凝土生產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息化管理系統(tǒng),以對拌和站生產(chǎn)過程進行動態(tài)監(jiān)控。該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了混凝土生產(chǎn)過程信息數(shù)據(jù)處理的智能化,解決了混凝土生產(chǎn)過程管理信息的真實性和反饋響應(yīng)及時性問題,達到了對混凝土生產(chǎn)過程動態(tài)管理的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:There are still many problems to be solved in popularizing concrete production management information system, such as effective integration with different mixing building control systems, synchronization and upgrading with the development of information technology, standardization and standardization of system interface agreement, etc. The study of these problems is not only beneficial to the application and popularization of the system, but also to the improvement of the management level and technical progress of the concrete and even the whole basic building materials supply industry. Based on the analysis of concrete production technology, a concrete production enterprise information management system is designed and developed in this paper. In order to meet the needs of quality management and cost control in the field concrete construction, remote information transmission and data storage are developed. Analysis platform and WAN (WAN) multi-user real-time access to the information portal (PIP) concrete production enterprise information management system to dynamically monitor the production process of the mixing plant. The system realizes the intellectualization of concrete production process information data processing, solves the problems of authenticity of concrete production process management information and the timeliness of feedback response, and achieves the goal of dynamic management of concrete production process.
