【摘要】：水泥煙氣道是一種住宅用排煙氣管道制品,針對(duì)模具澆注型這一生產(chǎn)方式,國(guó)內(nèi)主要采用單件式一次性成型模具來(lái)手工進(jìn)行生產(chǎn),這種生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和工藝不僅難以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化和規(guī)�；a(chǎn),且產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量得不到保證。然而,通過(guò)與國(guó)內(nèi)某企業(yè)在該行業(yè)多年的研究和實(shí)踐表明:通過(guò)創(chuàng)新生產(chǎn)工藝和設(shè)備能實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化的生產(chǎn)。在行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈和人們對(duì)煙氣道產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求越來(lái)越高的背景下,利用新設(shè)備、新工藝來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)是大勢(shì)所趨。為實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn),模具被設(shè)計(jì)成內(nèi)外模分開(kāi)的結(jié)構(gòu),可自動(dòng)縮放的內(nèi)模固定在工作臺(tái)上,而可調(diào)整規(guī)格的外模在線上循環(huán)使用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了一模多用、并能在一條生產(chǎn)線上同時(shí)生產(chǎn)數(shù)種型號(hào)產(chǎn)品的功能。利用液環(huán)式真空泵抽出成型臺(tái)高頻振動(dòng)時(shí)水泥砂漿析出的水從而使產(chǎn)品在30分鐘內(nèi)達(dá)到脫內(nèi)模強(qiáng)度,脫內(nèi)模后的產(chǎn)品通過(guò)蒸汽養(yǎng)護(hù)4小時(shí)以內(nèi)達(dá)到脫外模和起吊強(qiáng)度。在對(duì)機(jī)電生產(chǎn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)后,分析生產(chǎn)線工藝流程和控制要求,研究現(xiàn)階段工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域較為成熟的應(yīng)用案例,開(kāi)發(fā)了一套基于西門子S7系列PLC的分散控制系統(tǒng)。運(yùn)用主從站PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)、人機(jī)界面、傳感器、步進(jìn)電機(jī)及總線等通訊技術(shù),使生產(chǎn)線實(shí)現(xiàn)了機(jī)電液氣一體化的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn):機(jī)電液氣等執(zhí)行器及光電傳感器的組合應(yīng)用取代了傳統(tǒng)設(shè)備人工操作的環(huán)節(jié);外模在線上被自動(dòng)輸送、識(shí)別及精確定位,同時(shí)采用高效率的排隊(duì)策略保證了生產(chǎn)的高效;從站控制成型臺(tái)上步進(jìn)電機(jī)等的動(dòng)作使內(nèi)模能自動(dòng)縮放;人機(jī)界面能實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)線的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),同時(shí)也作為手動(dòng)操作的人機(jī)交互設(shè)備;Profibus總線通訊和MPI通訊能方便得實(shí)現(xiàn)主從站和人機(jī)界面之間的實(shí)時(shí)通訊�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試和前期運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明:本文研究的水泥煙氣道自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線能實(shí)現(xiàn)煙氣道高效的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn),不僅提高了生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性,而且降低了長(zhǎng)期成本和工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,具有較高的可靠性和實(shí)用性,達(dá)到預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)效果。作為一個(gè)典型的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施案例,本研究具有很好的推廣和應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The cement smoke airway is a kind of flue gas pipeline products for housing. In view of the mold pouring type, the production equipment and technology are not only difficult to realize automation and scale production, but the quality of the products can not be guaranteed. Many years of research and practice in the industry show that automated production can be achieved through innovative production processes and equipment. In the context of increasingly fierce competition in the industry and higher requirements for the quality of tobacco products, the use of new equipment and new technology to automate production is the trend of the times. The structure is designed to be separated from the internal and external modes. The internal model can be fixed on the worktable automatically, and the adjustable outer die can be circulated on line. The function of several types of products can be produced at the same time. The liquid ring vacuum pump is used to extract the water from the cement mortar when the high frequency vibration of the molding platform is drawn. The product can reach the strength of the demoulding in 30 minutes, and the product after the internal die can reach the outside die and the lifting strength within 4 hours of the steam curing. After the research and design of the mechanical and electrical production equipment, the process and control requirements of the production line are analyzed, and the more mature application cases in the industrial control field are studied at the present stage, and a set of base is developed. The distributed control system of SIEMENS S7 series PLC, using the communication technology such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), man-machine interface, sensor, step motor and bus, made the production line realize the automatic production of electromechanical and liquid gas integration. The combination of electromechanical liquid gas actuator and photoelectric sensor replaced the traditional equipment man. The process of operation; the external mode is automatically transported, identified and located on line, and the efficient queuing strategy is used to ensure the high efficiency of the production. The operation of the stepping motor from the station control molding table makes the internal model automatically zoom; the man-machine interface can monitor the running state of the production line in real time, and also as a manual man-machine intersection. Profibus bus communication and MPI communication can easily realize the real-time communication between the master slave station and the man-machine interface. The field debugging and the previous operation results show that the automatic production line of the cement smoke airway can realize the automatic production of the high efficiency of the smoke airway, which not only improves the production efficiency and the quality and quality stability of the products. It also reduces the long-term cost and labor intensity, has high reliability and practicability, and achieves the expected design effect. As a typical case of automatic production line design and implementation, this study has a good prospect of popularization and application.
