瓷石細(xì)化提純試驗研究

【摘要】:福建龍巖瓷石主要由高嶺石、石英和鉀鈉長石等礦物組成,可作為陶瓷工業(yè)的主要原料,具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。針對工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)工藝流程,提出通過研究球磨效率、磁選效率和產(chǎn)品市場接受度來確定工藝參數(shù),以此達(dá)到節(jié)能增效的目的。試驗結(jié)果表明:通過球磨細(xì)化、磁選提純工藝加工,獲得了品質(zhì)較佳的瓷石產(chǎn)品,其燒成白度由67.1%提高至77.1%。
[Abstract]:Longyan porcelain stone in Fujian is mainly composed of kaolinite, quartz and potassium albite. It can be used as the main raw material of ceramic industry and has a good application prospect. In view of the industrial production process, it is put forward that the technological parameters can be determined by studying the ball milling efficiency, magnetic separation efficiency and product market acceptance, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and increasing efficiency. The experimental results show that the porcelain stone with better quality is obtained by the process of ball milling and magnetic separation and purification. The firing whiteness of the product is raised from 67.1% to 77.1%.
