高硅質(zhì)瓷的制備與研究

【摘要】:本課題以石英、長石、粘土、滑石為原料,采用單因素實驗法,通過控制石英的球磨時間以及長石的添加量,對配料組成進行優(yōu)化,并在坯體中引入適量的滑石,制備了一種機械強度較高、白度好的高硅質(zhì)瓷。測試了坯體的性能,其技術(shù)指標:吸水率0.5%,燒成收縮率為13.13%~13.36%,白度78.7%-83.4%。燒成溫度范圍1290℃~1330℃,抗折強度98.4MPa~ 118.2MPa,熱膨脹系數(shù)5.89×10-6~6.87×10-6/℃(20℃~800℃)。高硅質(zhì)瓷泥料的可塑性指標:5.78cm·g,添加0.2%的水玻璃和0.2%的聚丙烯酸鈉的復合解凝劑對泥漿的解凝效果最好。采用X-射線衍射分析(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)及其他測試等技術(shù),結(jié)果表明:高石英質(zhì)瓷坯的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)主要由高溫石英相、莫來石相、方石英相以及玻璃相還有少量氣孔組成。石英粒度越細,長石量的越少,方石英相的含量越多;在燒成范圍內(nèi),隨著溫度的升高,樣品的抗彎曲強度逐漸增大,主要原因是因為此時胎體的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)中主晶相晶粒分布密集且均勻,使瓷胎整體變的致密,從而具有較高的強度。結(jié)合坯體的性質(zhì),成功制備出了與坯體適應性良好的高光澤透明釉。在燒成溫度1310℃,高硅質(zhì)瓷釉的光澤度可達114。
[Abstract]:In this paper, quartz, feldspar, clay and talc are used as raw materials. By controlling the ball-milling time of quartz and the amount of feldspar, the composition of the mixture is optimized, and the proper amount of talc is introduced into the slab. A kind of high silicon porcelain with high mechanical strength and good whiteness was prepared. The properties of the billet were tested. The technical specifications were as follows: water absorption 0.5, sintering shrinkage 13.13 and 13.36, whiteness 78.7 -83.4. The sintering temperature ranges from 1290 鈩,
