水蒸汽催化重整混合型生物油模型物制氫研究

【摘要】:以HZSM-5為載體,采用浸漬法制備Co/HZSM-5、Fe/HZSM-5、Co-Fe/HZSM-5催化劑,并對其進(jìn)行XRD、BET、SEM、TG表征分析。選取乙酸、乙二醇、苯酚和丙酮的混合物為混合型生物油模型物,考察催化劑、溫度、S/C、WHSV等因素對水蒸汽催化重整混合型生物油模型物制氫的影響。結(jié)果表明,在Co-Fe/HZSM-5催化劑上,溫度為650℃,S/C為10,WHSV為2 h-1時,氫氣產(chǎn)率最大,約為57%。
[Abstract]:Co- / HZSM-5Fe- / HZSM-5 Co-Fe- / HZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method on HZSM-5 carrier and characterized by XRD- BET-SEMM-5. The mixture of acetic acid, ethylene glycol, phenol and acetone was selected as the model compound of mixed bio-oil. The effects of catalyst, temperature and S / CWHSV on hydrogen production of mixed bio-oil model were investigated. The results show that on Co-Fe / HZSM-5 catalyst, the hydrogen yield is about 57 when the temperature is 650 鈩,
