燒結(jié)溫度對氣壓燒結(jié)氮化硅鐵顯微結(jié)構(gòu)及性能的影響

【摘要】:以微米級氮化硅鐵為原料、Al_2O_3 Y_2O_3為燒結(jié)助劑,采用氣壓燒結(jié)制備氮化硅鐵復(fù)相陶瓷。通過X射線衍射和掃描電子顯微鏡對試樣的物相組成和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)進行了表征,研究了燒結(jié)溫度對氮化硅鐵復(fù)相陶瓷成分、顯微結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:燒結(jié)溫度對于氮化硅鐵陶瓷的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能具有顯著影響。隨著燒結(jié)溫度的升高,樣品致密度、抗彎強度、斷裂韌性先增大后降低,在1 770℃時均達到最大值,密度、抗彎強度和斷裂韌性分別達到3.31 g/cm~3、435 MPa和6.97 MPa?m~(1/2)。在1 770℃以下時,陶瓷樣品中主晶相為長柱狀的β-Si3N4,晶粒彼此間結(jié)合緊密,陶瓷氣孔率較低。溫度繼續(xù)升高,含鐵相和氮化硅發(fā)生反應(yīng),氣孔率增大,抗彎強度和斷裂韌性開始下降。如果進一步提高硅鐵的氮化率,采用游離硅低、鐵含量低及純度較高的氮化硅鐵粉末制備氮化硅鐵陶瓷,材料的性能有望得到進一步的提高。
[Abstract]:Si-Fe _ 3N _ 4 multiphase ceramics were prepared by atmospheric sintering with Fe _ 3N _ 4 as raw material and Al _ 2O _ 3 Y_2O_3 as sintering assistant. The phase composition and microstructure of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of sintering temperature on the composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of ferrosilicon nitride multiphase ceramics were studied. The results show that the sintering temperature has a significant effect on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ferrosilicon nitride ceramics. With the increase of sintering temperature, the density, flexural strength and fracture toughness of the samples first increased and then decreased to the maximum at 1,770 鈩,
