【摘要】：三維隨機(jī)骨料混凝土模型是由骨料、砂漿基體以及界面層組成的三相復(fù)合材料,基于Fortran和ANSYS軟件提出了一種快速生成含高體分比球形骨料混凝土模型的混合實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,并在此基礎(chǔ)上生成三維橢球形骨料(卵石)模型、凸多面體骨料(碎石)模型以及混合模型。算例結(jié)果表明,這種新方法可以快速生成三級配球形顆�；炷聊Ｐ退璧墓橇蠑�(shù)據(jù),相應(yīng)的骨料投放含量能達(dá)到65%左右�；旌戏椒ǹ蓪⒐橇项w粒和界面層分離開來,在有限元網(wǎng)格剖分時(shí)避免了復(fù)雜的單元屬性判別。通過對橢球形骨料模型和凸多面體骨料模型的有限元數(shù)值模擬,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了該混合方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The three - dimensional random aggregate concrete model is a three - phase composite composed of aggregate , mortar matrix and interface layer . Based on Fortran and ANSYS , this paper presents a method for quickly generating aggregate concrete model with high volume fraction and spherical aggregate . The results show that this new method can quickly generate aggregate data needed for three - dimensional spherical aggregate concrete model .
