基于限域傳質(zhì)機(jī)制的膜過(guò)程定量描述的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:作為新型的化工單元操作,膜分離具有高效、節(jié)能等優(yōu)勢(shì),然而相關(guān)的傳質(zhì)理論,尤其在限域條件下(如滲透汽化、反滲透、納濾等),對(duì)其傳質(zhì)出現(xiàn)的反常現(xiàn)象普遍缺乏共性傳質(zhì)機(jī)制及調(diào)控方法的認(rèn)識(shí),嚴(yán)重制約了相關(guān)膜材料的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā).針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)狀,本文首先剖析了經(jīng)典傳質(zhì)模型在限域條件下存在的挑戰(zhàn);其次,探討了非平衡熱力學(xué)線性化方法在限域傳質(zhì)模型建立中的應(yīng)用;最后,由于影響限域流體行為的因素眾多且相互耦合,增加了單因素分析及確定控制因素的難度,為此,系統(tǒng)分析了針對(duì)限域傳質(zhì)影響因素的模擬和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究進(jìn)展.
[Abstract]:As a new type of chemical unit operation, membrane separation has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving. However, the related mass transfer theory, especially under limited conditions (such as pervaporation, reverse osmosis, etc.) The abnormal phenomenon of mass transfer in nanofiltration is generally lack of common mass transfer mechanism and regulation methods, which seriously restricts the design and development of membrane materials. In view of this situation, this paper first analyzes the challenge of the classical mass transfer model under the condition of limited region; secondly, discusses the application of nonequilibrium thermodynamics linearization method in the establishment of the limited region mass transfer model; finally, it discusses the application of the nonequilibrium thermodynamics linearization method in the establishment of the limited region mass transfer model. Because there are many factors that affect the behavior of confined fluid and they are coupled with each other, it is more difficult to analyze the single factor and to determine the control factors. Therefore, the simulation and experimental research progress of the factors affecting mass transfer in the limited region is systematically analyzed.
