成品油及液體化工品碼頭裝卸管線配置方案仿真研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,尤其是石油化工產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速崛起,加之機(jī)動(dòng)車輛數(shù)量大幅增加,全國(guó)對(duì)于成品油和化工產(chǎn)品的需求量日益增多。當(dāng)前,國(guó)家提出“一帶一路”的戰(zhàn)略洲際規(guī)劃,使得我國(guó)對(duì)于油品的貿(mào)易量只會(huì)增,不會(huì)減。而在油品的運(yùn)輸方式抉擇上,通常都會(huì)選擇低成本、大批量、遠(yuǎn)距離的海上運(yùn)輸。港口作為水路運(yùn)輸?shù)臉屑~,其裝卸管線的配置方案會(huì)直接影響裝卸水平和服務(wù)水平,進(jìn)而影響油品的運(yùn)輸總量。此時(shí),對(duì)港口的泊位裝卸管線配置進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)就顯得尤為重要。本文從整個(gè)港口系統(tǒng)的角度出發(fā),基于靠泊仿真,對(duì)成品油及液體化工品碼頭裝卸管線配置的問題進(jìn)行研究探討。在系統(tǒng)的分析裝卸管線配置方案形成的主要因素的基礎(chǔ)上,遵循管線配置方案形成的原則,提出碼頭裝卸管線配置方案形成的方法和過(guò)程;谛纬傻墓芫配置方案,通過(guò)分析碼頭裝卸工藝流程和仿真模型構(gòu)建過(guò)程,建立了港口靠泊調(diào)度及裝卸作業(yè)的仿真模型。同時(shí),選取港口服務(wù)水平、裝卸管線配置成本、泊位利用率三個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)各個(gè)裝卸管線配置方案進(jìn)行比選。并通過(guò)具體的算例進(jìn)行仿真研究,通過(guò)對(duì)仿真結(jié)果的分析,得到港口服務(wù)水平和管線配置成本之間的關(guān)系,并對(duì)各個(gè)管線配置方案進(jìn)行比選。本文基于碼頭靠泊仿真的方法對(duì)成品油及液體化工品碼頭的裝卸管線配置方案進(jìn)行研究,其研究成果可為港口規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)人員在成品油及液體化工品碼頭管線配置方面提供參考和理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of China's industrial economy, especially the rapid rise of petrochemical industry, coupled with a large increase in the number of motor vehicles, the national demand for oil products and chemical products is increasing day by day. At present, the strategic intercontinental planning of "Belt and Road" has made China's trade in oil products increase, not decrease. In the choice of transportation mode of oil products, low-cost, large-volume, long-distance marine transportation is usually chosen. As the hub of waterway transportation, the configuration of loading and unloading pipeline will directly affect the loading and unloading level and service level, and then affect the total amount of oil transportation. At this time, it is very important to plan and design the port berth loading and unloading pipeline scientifically. From the point of view of the whole port system, based on berthing simulation, this paper studies the configuration of handling pipeline in the terminal of finished oil and liquid chemical products. Based on the systematic analysis of the main factors of the configuration scheme of the loading and unloading pipeline and following the principle of the formation of the configuration scheme of the pipeline, this paper puts forward the method and process of the formation of the configuration scheme of the loading and unloading pipeline for the wharf. Based on the pipeline configuration scheme, the simulation model of port berthing scheduling and loading and unloading operation is established by analyzing the process flow of terminal loading and unloading and the building process of simulation model. At the same time, the port service level, loading and unloading pipeline configuration cost and berth utilization ratio are selected to compare each loading and unloading pipeline configuration scheme. Through the analysis of simulation results, the relationship between port service level and pipeline configuration cost is obtained, and each pipeline configuration scheme is compared and selected. Based on the berthing simulation method of wharf, this paper studies the configuration scheme of loading and unloading pipeline of finished oil and liquid chemical products wharf. The research results can provide reference and theoretical basis for port planning and design personnel in the pipeline configuration of refined oil and liquid chemical products wharf.
