【摘要】：鐵氧體沉淀法是處理含鉻廢水的有效途徑,具有成本低、工藝簡單、易于控制和管理等優(yōu)點。為進一步優(yōu)化廢水處理工藝,為鐵氧體沉淀除鉻工藝搭建工業(yè)級Wireless HART,智能控制藥劑計量和投加、鐵氧體制備等過程,實現(xiàn)對廢水處理流程的遠程監(jiān)控和物聯(lián)化管理。應(yīng)用表明,Wireless HART智能處理系統(tǒng)有明顯的成本和效益優(yōu)勢,通過優(yōu)化廢水處理工藝,可控制處理后Cr(Ⅵ)質(zhì)量濃度不超過0.25 mg/L,主要污染物去除率不低于99%。
