基于WirelessHART的電鍍含鉻廢水智能處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:鐵氧體沉淀法是處理含鉻廢水的有效途徑,具有成本低、工藝簡單、易于控制和管理等優(yōu)點。為進一步優(yōu)化廢水處理工藝,為鐵氧體沉淀除鉻工藝搭建工業(yè)級Wireless HART,智能控制藥劑計量和投加、鐵氧體制備等過程,實現(xiàn)對廢水處理流程的遠程監(jiān)控和物聯(lián)化管理。應(yīng)用表明,Wireless HART智能處理系統(tǒng)有明顯的成本和效益優(yōu)勢,通過優(yōu)化廢水處理工藝,可控制處理后Cr(Ⅵ)質(zhì)量濃度不超過0.25 mg/L,主要污染物去除率不低于99%。
[Abstract]:Ferrite precipitation is an effective way to treat chromium-containing wastewater, which has the advantages of low cost, simple process, easy control and management. In order to optimize the wastewater treatment process, build industrial grade Wireless Hart for ferrite precipitation and chromium removal process, intelligently control the metering and adding of medicament, ferrite preparation and so on, realize the remote monitoring and materialization management of wastewater treatment process.
