幼齡期混凝土強(qiáng)度測(cè)試專用儀器的研制與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對(duì)幼齡期混凝土強(qiáng)度特點(diǎn),分析現(xiàn)有無(wú)損檢測(cè)儀器的局限性,參考ASTM C803—82方法,根據(jù)貫入阻力原理,研究不同貫入力值對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果精度的影響,研制了一種幼齡期混凝土強(qiáng)度專用測(cè)試儀器。應(yīng)用試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,貫入深度與0.3~2.0 MPa強(qiáng)度之間具有很好的相關(guān)性,表明該儀器能滿足幼齡期混凝土強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)的精度要求。
[Abstract]:According to the strength characteristics of young concrete, the limitations of existing nondestructive testing instruments are analyzed. According to ASTM C803-82 method, according to the principle of penetration resistance, the influence of different penetration force values on the accuracy of test results is studied. A special testing instrument for the strength of young concrete was developed. The experimental results show that there is a good correlation between the penetration depth and the strength of 0.3N 2.0 MPa, which indicates that the instrument can meet the precision requirements of young concrete strength detection.
