【摘要】：以某廠液壓壓磚機為研究對象,搭建了其液壓系統(tǒng)的仿真模型;將仿真曲線與實驗曲線進(jìn)行對比驗證了仿真模型的正確性,并進(jìn)行能量統(tǒng)計分析找出損失嚴(yán)重的原因;根據(jù)負(fù)載特性和分析結(jié)果提出了適當(dāng)?shù)墓?jié)能措施,建立了仿真模型。研究表明:該系統(tǒng)具有良好的節(jié)能效果。
[Abstract]:The simulation model of hydraulic system is built by taking hydraulic brick press in a factory as the research object, the correctness of the simulation model is verified by comparing the simulation curve with the experimental curve, and the cause of serious loss is found by energy statistics analysis. According to the load characteristic and the analysis result, the appropriate energy saving measures are put forward, and the simulation model is established. The research shows that the system has good energy-saving effect.
