【摘要】：宜興紫砂陶是融實(shí)用與藝術(shù)為一體的典范,享有"世間茶具堪為首"的美譽(yù)。宜興紫砂陶長(zhǎng)久以來(lái)備受青睞,是因?yàn)闈M足了人們使用與審美的二元需求。在紫砂陶的設(shè)計(jì)中蘊(yùn)含著豐富的造物文化。因紫砂陶為無(wú)釉陶,因此主要通過(guò)造型來(lái)體現(xiàn)藝術(shù)魅力。數(shù)字化技術(shù)近年來(lái)得到飛速發(fā)展,并因其可以長(zhǎng)久儲(chǔ)存和便于研究等優(yōu)點(diǎn)被國(guó)內(nèi)外運(yùn)用到多個(gè)項(xiàng)目中。本課題運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的三維數(shù)字化掃描手段,對(duì)紫砂陶的造型進(jìn)行了采集,并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)資料對(duì)得到的數(shù)字化模型的造型形態(tài)進(jìn)行了精確的研究,試圖總結(jié)出有效的結(jié)論,揭示宜興紫砂陶造型的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)律和內(nèi)在和諧,能夠?yàn)樽仙疤赵O(shè)計(jì)甚至是其他產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的研究和實(shí)踐起到積極的指導(dǎo)意義。論文第一章闡述了研究背景,研究意義,研究?jī)?nèi)容與研究方法,應(yīng)用前景,課題的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章對(duì)宜興紫砂陶做了基本的介紹,是課題順利開展的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備,為課題的進(jìn)行打下必要的基礎(chǔ)。第三章介紹了數(shù)字化采集所用的儀器及工作原理,記錄了數(shù)字化采集的過(guò)程,并提出適用于宜興紫砂陶的數(shù)字化保護(hù)方法。第四章將采集到的曼生壺?cái)?shù)字化模型進(jìn)行了渲染軟件內(nèi)的展示和利用KeyshotVR技術(shù)的展示,并提出其他可進(jìn)一步研究的適用于宜興紫砂陶的數(shù)字化保護(hù)與展示方式。第五章分別從整體構(gòu)造和各構(gòu)件造型特征對(duì)采集到的曼生壺?cái)?shù)字化模型進(jìn)行了分類和數(shù)值特征的研究分析,并總結(jié)了紫砂陶造型設(shè)計(jì)的法則。第六章在前面的研究基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,根據(jù)前面研究得到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了紫砂陶的造型設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Yixing Zisha pottery is a model of integration of practicality and art, enjoying the reputation of "the world tea set is the first". Yixing Zisha pottery has been popular for a long time because it meets the dual needs of people's use and aesthetics. The design of purple sand pottery contains rich culture of creation. Because purple sand pottery is glazed pottery, so mainly through modeling to reflect artistic charm. Digital technology has been developed rapidly in recent years, and has been used in many projects at home and abroad because of its advantages of long-term storage and ease of research. In this paper, the advanced 3D digital scanning method is used to collect the modeling of purple sand pottery, and on the basis of this, the modeling form of the digital model is studied accurately, and the effective conclusion is summarized. Revealing the design law and internal harmony of Yixing purple sand pottery can play a positive guiding role in the research and practice of purple sand pottery design and even other product design. The first chapter describes the research background, research significance, research content and research methods, application prospects, the innovation of the subject. The second chapter makes a basic introduction to Yixing purple sand pottery, which is the knowledge reserve of the project, and lays the necessary foundation for the subject. The third chapter introduces the instrument and working principle of digital acquisition, records the process of digital acquisition, and puts forward a digital protection method suitable for Yixing purple sand pottery. In the fourth chapter, the collected digital model of Mansheng pot is displayed in the rendering software and the display of KeyshotVR technology, and other digital protection and display methods suitable for Yixing purple pottery are put forward. In the fifth chapter, the collected digital model of Mansheng pot is classified and analyzed from the whole structure and the modeling features of each component, and the rules of modeling design of purple sand pottery are summarized. The sixth chapter carries on the design practice on the basis of the previous research, and carries on the modeling design of the purple sand pottery according to the data obtained from the previous research.
