旋流器的微米級顆粒分級性能分析

【摘要】:微型旋流器中的超重力場和剪切湍流場可以強(qiáng)化微米級顆粒的分級。為了分析旋流器的微米級顆粒分級性能,本文通過試驗與數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的方法研究了入口速度和底流分率對旋流分級的影響。數(shù)值模擬方面使用雷諾應(yīng)力模型模擬了微型旋流器內(nèi)的流場,試驗方面使用直徑為20mm的微型旋流器來分級粒度分布為2~50μm的顆粒物料。結(jié)果表明,隨著入口速度的增大,分割粒度x50減小,可達(dá)4.8μm,分級精度H提高,可達(dá)0.45;隨著底流分率R_f的增大,不會顯著改變切向和徑向速度,顆粒在旋流器內(nèi)的沉降速度變化不大,但軸向速度會減小,使得顆粒在旋流器內(nèi)的停留時間增加,分級效率提高;當(dāng)?shù)琢鞣致蔙_f0.6時,隨著R_f的增大,分割粒度x_(50)減小,可達(dá)4.7μm,分級精度H提高,可達(dá)0.6;當(dāng)?shù)琢鞣致蔙_f0.6時,分割粒度x50增大,分級精度H降低。
[Abstract]:The supergravity field and shear turbulence field in micro hydrocyclone can enhance the classification of micron particles. In order to analyze the performance of micrometer particle classification of hydrocyclone, the effects of inlet velocity and bottom flow fraction on cyclone classification are studied by means of experimental and numerical simulation. In numerical simulation, Reynolds stress model is used to simulate the flow field in the miniature hydrocyclone. In the experiment, the micro hydrocyclone with diameter of 20mm is used to classify the particle size distribution of 2 ~ 50 渭 m particles. The results show that with the increase of inlet velocity, the partition granularity x50 decreases to 4.8 渭 m, the classification accuracy H increases to 0.45, and the tangential and radial velocities do not change significantly with the increase of the bottom flow fraction R _ f. The settling velocity of particles in the hydrocyclone does not change much, but the axial velocity decreases, which increases the residence time of particles in the hydrocyclone and improves the classification efficiency. When the ratio of bottom flow is R_f0.6, the partitioning particle size x _ stack decreases with the increase of R _ S _ f. It can reach 4.7 渭 m, and the classification accuracy H can be increased to 0.6. When the bottom flow fraction rate is R_f0.6, the partition size x50 increases and the classification precision H decreases.
