棒狀絲光沸石負載CoB催化劑的制備及其應用

【摘要】:基于化學浸漬與原位化學還原相結合的方法制備了一系列CoB/棒狀絲光沸石負載型非晶態(tài)合金催化劑,并系統(tǒng)考察了該催化劑在硼氫化鈉水解制氫中的催化活性。通過X射線衍射和掃描電鏡對其晶相結構和表面形貌進行了表征。硼氫化鈉水解制氫實驗表明,CoB活性組分負載量為5%的CoB/絲光沸石催化劑催化效果相對最好,過高的負載量不利于催化劑活性的提高。通過絲光沸石負載可顯著提高CoB合金催化劑的催化活性,反應動力學計算顯示基于該催化劑的硼氫化鈉水解制氫反應為零級反應,其表觀反應活化能Ea為53.18kJ/mol,遠低于純CoB的活化能(73.37kJ/mol)。
[Abstract]:A series of amorphous alloy catalysts supported on CoB/ rod-like mordenite were prepared based on the combination of chemical impregnation and in situ chemical reduction. The catalytic activity of the catalyst in hydrolysis of sodium borohydride to produce hydrogen was systematically investigated. The crystal structure and surface morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The experiments of hydrolysis of sodium borohydride to produce hydrogen show that the catalyst supported on 5% active component of CoB/ mordenite has the best catalytic effect, and too much loading is not conducive to the improvement of catalyst activity. The catalytic activity of CoB alloy catalyst can be significantly improved by supporting mordenite. The kinetic calculation of the reaction shows that the hydrolysis of sodium borohydride to produce hydrogen based on the catalyst is a zero order reaction. The apparent activation energy (EA) is 53.18kJ / mol, which is much lower than that of pure CoB (73.37kJ / mol / mol).
